I had the most pleasant experience dealing with the rental procedure. Your representative Truman is truly one of the best customer service Representatives I have encountered in a while. He was professional knowledgeable and courteous. The rates are reasonable. Security is ok. It could use some cameras on the inside. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I do high recommend.

Upon renting here, it was off to a rough start from the gate. It was advertised that you get your first month rent free there were flags outside the facility itself also advertising the same however, I didn’t get the first month free now there were a couple key components in picking wet facility I was going to be storing at which were kind of vital to me however, online it advertised having certain amenities that this facility actually does not have which is the only reason I picked this location. I could have gotten something cheaper and more accommodating along with the amenities that I was looking for if I had known that they actually did not offer these things. Highly disappointed caused a lot of runaround, and then after signing said lease was informed that if I was even a minute or so over closing time that the police would be called on me for trespassing which I found highly alarming due to the demeanor of the agent and how she expressed it and how many times she expressed it would not recommend personally due to false advertising, transparency, and of course her waiting till after I sign the lease to tell me something like that

It was a lovely facility with Ana and Carol, they were always very friendly and understanding about things like when I didn’t have the funds to pay my unit in time. I know they say all things must come to an end and I didn’t think the way how my departure was going to be the way how it played out. To be a valued customer for a little over a year and a half and then the facility has new management and young manager with the tattoos and curly hair has been really hostile with me for no reason. Accusing me of all kinds of heinous things like wasting urine at the end of the hall or the most recent accusation of walking around in a thong which is false cause he said it happened on the 10th and I’ve been out of town and he said it could’ve been my twin but he was out of town with me and he still is today. He did admit to it all being hearsay and without any actual proof and based off of the economy that we live in, what I’m witnessing is that I’m being kicked out because he is homophobic. Of course he is going to believe that I would walk around in a thong, after all I am Queer and I vividly remember him telling me about a month ago that he’s gonna be the bad guy and that’s what this is, him kicking me out, being homophobic and that’s what’s making him the bad guy that he said he wanted to be.

Truman helped me immensely Originally I called the office to make a payment on my current storage rental unit. When I made the comment (essentially complaining) that I was most likely to end my my storage rental and get a bigger apartment to accommodate all my current stuff at home and relocate the contents in that storage unit, he decided that he would help me out to figure out a better solution . He inquired about what would be my total storage needs and looked at current inventory and found an another unit with greater storage space and price that fits within my budget. I was prepared to end my relationship with ExtraSpace, but Truman took the extra effort to better understand my situation, found a solution and saved the business. It was a Win-Win-Win for everyone!! This is probably one of the Best Customer Service in terms of addressing and solving my needs as the customer and helping me manage my anxiety of moving and moving things. Appreciate you, Truman!!👍🏻
