She was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and efficient during the whole process. I had a storage here for 10 years , Cynthia and Orlando might as well be my family. But all jokes aside this was a great place to store my things for the last 10 years . They are a clean, honest, understanding, trust worthy establishment . All the staff is very professional and friendly . Overall my experience here was great and Cynthia, Orlando and Chester was always very helpful and professional. If I ever need a storage again or know someone who needs one, I will be sending them here where all there belongings will be safes secure. Thanks purely Storage
