Andrew PowellThe facilities are clean, well maintained, and secure. The staff did a great job of discussing use cases and didn't pressure us at all to get a unit bigger than w needed. They let us know up front what the total monthly charge would be and that we could purchase additional insurance if we wanted to. Bluetooth gate access was a great bonus, and move out was an absolute breeze. I would absolutely use Extra Space on 10th St W again!
Renae Mc DPretty easy process. Only needed to call and set up then everything else was electronically performed through phone. Checked Email, got entry code, space #, and map. Clean and quiet. Entry Gate locked at 10pm but I understand never that helps lower theft.
