My wife and I and are extremely happy with the customer service over to the calling center always answering our questions, and even more with the kind of service that Arie has provided us in person, every since she started working over at the Lake Elsinore location, she has always been so kind and helpful in all matters, she has always been such a great amazing employee, very professional and her persona just makes this location above 5 stars. I’ve been a customer at Prime Storage for a while, and I recently had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Ricardo. It was great finally dealing with a true professional. In the past, I had some issues with communication, but Ricardo was very attentive, helpful, and took the time to address my concerns. I’ve also noticed a big difference in the facility’s cleanliness, especially the restrooms. Now I can see why they have a new manager. It’s clear the standards have improved. Great experience overall! Definitely would recommend this facility.

I had a great experience at this storage facility. Ricardo, the manager, was amazing he stayed professional and helpful even while assisting multiple guests at once. Despite the pressure of having several people needing help, he handled everything efficiently and made sure everyone was taken care of. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this location.

She is welcoming, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help.
