Clarice and Jennifer have been wonderful. This place is so clean and quiet. I feel very safe and secure here and made the right choice placing my items in their care. The location is great to because it's right on the outskirts of town and I can run to the store afterwards. I highly recommend storing here. If you are in need of storage, you should give them a chance.

Till now I can't say enough good about them and the facility. It feels so safe, so clean and friendly. And the greatest thing That I am experiencing is the ability to feel like I am in good hands, and I can trust that my goods are in good hands. And that's huge with me, because in the past, I've had very negative experiences about my goods that I paid faithfully and stored, and they were all ruined SO to be able to trust again. This comfortably is HUGE WITH ME.., Miss Jennifer , and Mz,Clarence, I feel are doing above and beyond. Every time I visit that facility, and that's rare to find someone so dedicated to BEING there for others in their time OF need... This is something I truly feel in my heart. And I could go on all day like this, but please know that if it was a, possible to leave 20 stars plus they earned them with me, very thankful, very grateful for cube, smart, and they're wonderful staff and facility.
Jennifer ReturnsI’m outside of Cube Smart right now. They never told me the old lady never got her stuff they waited til it was pass due. Then they don’t open till 9:30am and I’m here at 8:50. They have time to scream at me to pay the pass due but they move along to not let me pay for it. This is an awful place to rent from. I gave them a spare key to give to the other senior lady and they never gave it to nor did they call me to tell me she never came. I told them she would be there in less than 2 days and we don’t need storage more than 15 days. Well no calm nothing. I wouldn’t have wrote this review if they didn’t give me so much time in my car to write a review.
