This is my 2nd time renting a unit at this place. The first time was easy and quick to go in rent a unit and go on with my day the prices are better then other storage places Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had in the past also.

Ashley the store manager threatened me over the phone and then proceeded to argue with me childishly even though I told her I wasn't interested in the back and forth. Although she told me on the phone that she was gonna come up (to my unit) and "make me" comply with her wishes, all she did was embarrass herself and the company. I left soon after her threats in fear of my overall safety . I will be reaching out to corporate to understand more about how extra space storage thinks it's okay to threaten customers and create hostile environments.
