Bee H.Jonathan, the Property Manager, IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!! This was a perfectly smooth transaction!! He was sooooo patient and he made sure that I had everything that I needed, all questions answered thoroughly and he is SUPER FRIENDLY!! I had a unit at another PS facility and I can honestly say that this Manager is by far the best of the two. The other one was fine but this one is GREAT!!! THANK YOU JONATHAN!!!
Natasha McCrayI’ve never had to use public storage before so I’m not sure what to expect. I will say this, they keep the place nice and neat! I’ve gone several times and each time someone was actively cleaning. I’m like they even clean the elevator doors. Maybe the owner or manager has OCD (nothing wrong with it) but like it’s amazing. Tempered controlled meaning I’ve gone when it was freezing and they had the place at a nice room temperature. On the contrary I’ve gone when it was 85 degrees (LA has had some weird weather) and the place was like walking into heaven! I feel safe when I’m there and I have the utmost confidence that my belongs are safe! Hope this helps!

mai maiarazzi singletonI have been here for a while now since downsizing from placing my mom in nursing facility. I have to say the customer service is dope. From day one moving in until now. If you need anything from help or supplies to bill questions they got you. When I come I always seem to run into Jonathan doing his daily runs throughout the building and its always with a smile, or you need any assistance to closing with if there is anything we can do to make it better. Just let us know or stop by the office. And that really goes a long way. They definitely get 5stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
