Great experience working with Jim! We were walks-in and he made it easy to rent a spot as well as cancel the service once we no longer needed to store our camper. Very secure facility and we had no qualms about leaving our 3500 truck with truck camper. Easy in, easy out and conveniently located for us. We will be storing our rig here again when we need to!

Jim Crawford is an amazing manager. Extremely helpful and an all around great guy. I highly recommend Superior Storage. I run a spa repair company here and moved in not long after they opened in 2021. I am very happy with getting my product delivered here. It has been extremely helpful and saved me so much time. Jim has helped with freight deliveries. He has also helped with any additional storage needs. He is so easy to work with. This is a very clean facility. Even the bathrooms for tenants are kept clean. I have used many storage companies over the years and Superior Storage is actually that, SUPERIOR. Thank you Jim and thank you Superior Storage.

This Company could not have not chosen a more perfect name for their business! Superior is exactly what you guys are!! SUPERIOR to any other storage company out there, hands down! I can’t say enough positive things about Mike and Jim at the Folsom location. When we came to Folsom we had the worst experience with their competition trying to save money. A homeless person broke into our RV and many other RV’s while we had it stored there and management never did anything to compensate for the traumatic experience, not even a refund for the month when we moved the coach to the shop to get it repaired, horrible customer service:( .We never heard from them about details of the theft. They never contacted us again! Do you want EXCELLENT customer service, peace of mind, security cameras, a nice office, a clean public restroom, clean grounds and even nice landscaping? SUPERIOR is your place! Excellent customer service, Mike & Jim or any other staff member are super friendly and professional. They make you feel like family, they are honest and they go beyond the call of duty to make sure you are taking care of. Super easy to talk to and very good communication as well. We sold our RV and that’s the only reason why we left. If we ever buy another coach or have a need of storage service we would definitely go back to SUPERIOR, It’s worth every penny. Saving on a monthly fee created for us a lot of extra unexpected expenses and a lot of stress so think twice if you chose to go to the competition for a lower price because it’s true indeed “you pay for what you get!” My only hope is that you grow National because your “Mom & Pop Service” concept is the best experience a Company can offer! You should be in the entire USA not just in California! EL Dorado Hills has a Truck and they allow you to use it for free for one day! It doesn’t get any better than that!! Love this place. It is so impeccably clean and they keep an eye on all the vehicles in storage. I have had them call me to let me know I left it unlocked. They locked it for me and then called me. Very much appreciated. He has had to call me about my payments on multiple occasions. I always forget to call him with my new card number when it changes. He is never grumpy with me or gives me ultimatums. He is always very pleasant about it and we usually have a pleasant conversation. Again, very much appreciated.
