Madie is the backbone of Storage Mart! I’ve been out of the country these past few months, and unfortunately ran into some issues with payment while traveling (couldn’t access the payment portal in Asia), but she went the extra mile and helped me out, which meant a lot. She and another guy I talked to on the phone (named Jose I think?) were also great at answering my questions. In my experience, this place was worth it just for the service.

I started the process online, and the customer service reps kept communicating with me the whole time with updates and clear voicemails. When I arrived to check in, everything was fast and organized. They even had me check in a day earlier, and the whole process was quick and easy. Definitely great customer service overall.
Martin MonroeNine ish years ago, after much studying of the features of the different available storage facilities Storage Mart of Fairfield California on Walter's road was my clear choice. As a night owl, I value that it offers the longest operating hours of all, until 10 PM nightly. And not to mention the superlative service of Madie the operator thereof. She has been with me for all of my storage pro years. Which is pretty amazing. In this gig economy, it's refreshing to have a storage professional to help keep my storage shed in ship shape! .
