This is a good facility with a helpful and friendly staff. Krista is very nice, very knowledgable about the process and efficient in getting you setup. This is always my forst look foro local storage.
Excellent storage
The couple that are here are very customer service focused and make you feel like you're more than a dollar sign. They explained everything well and are very wonderful people to store my belongings safely

Meet with a smile, quick and efficient check-in process, even switching units that met my needs. Great service at the front office, ver6 helpful. Easy access in and out of the gate, very clean facility!

Since I was a kid my family has been using this location, now as adult I find myself using the same spot. Best pricing, safety and cleanliness. Shout out to Krista for having a great sense of humor and great customer support 👍🏻 highly recommend this location to anyone moving in or out of the Escondido area for a good location and easy access 🙏🏼
headbanger harryAfter researching several locations in Esco and San Marcos, I had a short list. Kim gave me a tour of the facility and made it an easy decision. Her demeanor is very pleasing. Their place is clean, safe, secure and well lit. Thanks to Krista and Jim for finalizing my rental contracts. They were very courteous, professional and understanding with my concerns and questions all within fast email communications. As I am disabled, they even offered their office chairs to me. Their app (android version 2.9.8) is a winner as it outlines all of the details about both of my units AND it opens the gate automatically when you are close to the facility. I highly recommend this location! Two thumbs way up!
Daniel ProutyConsistently provides the highest quality of service. Krista, their manager, is simply the best. Helped me move to larger unit seamlessly as well as helping my mom get a unit of her own. The door to my unit once broke near closing. Krista mobilized her crew quickly to make sure it was replaced before closing. Again, the best.
