The property is clean and seems well maintained. Andrea, who helped me get checked in, was great. She is friendly, pays attention and helpful. There were a string of extra charges that are quite annoying. Andrea took the time to explain them, all done with a smile. The manager was at his desk, interrupting when he wanted to and when I asked a question he acted like it was the stupidest thing he had ever heard. It was advertised as an option, but apparently not in his world. I hope to only have to deal with Andrea, not Mr. Power Manager. Oh and I'm told that the rate is only good for 2 to 4 months.

When I first contacted Extra Space Storage to rent a unit, I didn’t realize the calls were outsourced. The representative asked if I planned to rent long-term or short-term, and I said long-term. To my surprise, less than four months later, my rent had doubled. I was very disappointed and reached out to the local office for clarification. Fortunately, I spoke with John, the manager, who was extremely helpful and understanding. He worked with me to reduce my rate and helped me downsize to a smaller unit that better fit my budget. His professionalism and customer service were excellent, and I truly appreciated his assistance. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and feels safe, which I really appreciate. However, I’m disappointed that the company raises rates so quickly, especially for long-term customers. It feels unfair and unexpected. My advice is to contact the office directly rather than going through the call center, as the local staff are much more transparent and supportive. One other downside is that Extra Space Storage does not offer military discounts for veterans or AAA discounts, which is unfortunate. John deserves 5 stars, but due to the company’s pricing practices and lack of discount options, I’m giving my overall experience 4 stars.

I recently got a 5’ by 4’ room for moving out of college and it is the perfect amount of space to stack my boxes. Pricing is reasonable and the unit itself is clean. In terms of the actual building the staff have been helpful, front door is access code locked and all units have key locks. Parking right next to access door making it easy to move stuff in and the upper floors are elevator access. On top of that it still the the new smell which I appreciate because it felt and looked clean. Everytime I have called for help or questions I get prompt and polite responses and when I came in today the staff was kind and informative!

I love the location of this extra storage. The access is extremely easy to use. We rented a first-floor storage unit with direct vehicle access, which turned out great. The pricing at this location was very competitive compared to other places we looked at, which was a big plus. The only concern I have is that there appear to be individuals living out of their vehicles and parking inside the gated storage facility. I’ve noticed this happening more frequently, and it’s the only issue I have with this location.
