I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. Katrina was amazing! We were in a bind and needed storage space immediately. Katrina found us a unit and stayed past closing to help us and get us comfortable. I feel like I'm home here. I will never go anywhere else. The staff here really care about their customers and are very knowledgeable. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Katrina!
Daniel ZhukovskyGot notice today that my rent for my unit will be going up next month. Veronica was able to get me situated into a different unit today to avoid the upcharge on my current unit. She was easy to work with and we were able to get it handled very quickly. I would give one rating to Veronica and one to Extra Space Storage but I am unable to do that. For anyone looking to rent a unit here beware of Extra Space Storage raising your rent to squeeze money out of you.
Yashua BarrettI moved my stuff over here because it had one of the best rates that I could find in the area. Customer service was great storage units were very clean, the fact that everything is electronic and automated made it very easy to work with the storage unit. The only reason that I decided to move my stuff out is I got an increased notice that was More than anticipated. I have space to move my stuff at my house now so it worked out but the manager said I would be able to talk with them if that ever happened and get a lower increase. All in all a great experience, if you’re looking for a place to store your stuff I would recommend
