SamDO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!! There are NO security cameras, NO locks on the doors, NO empathy from the staff! Our unit was broken into and we were not notified that this happened until we visited and our keys did not fit the lock. The woman at the front desk made us wait at the unit for 30 minutes while she spoke with someone else. Waited to see if our things had been stolen, and they were! She had no idea what happened and said there were no notes on our account. We have only been here for 6 months and now we are dealing with tens of thousands of dollars of stolen belongings. She also would not help or answer our questions, all the woman kept saying was “the store manager is on vacation”. Okay, well, this is an emergency at his facility and the police are involved, so he should be contacted. On December 3rd, we were there and had an issue with mice eating through our belongings. Her solution was “get more bags to cover your things”. And that was it. The lack of empathy and customer service from this facility is absolutely absurd! If you have an issue, good luck getting any questions answered or getting someone to care. And we still have to pay for this unit while we’re dealing with all of this!! All you have to do is follow a vehicle through the gate and you’re in the clear to steal. This place is pathetic. The customer service is pathetic. The prices are pathetic. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
