I had an excellent experience with US Storage Centers in Costa Mesa! From the moment I walked in, the manager (Kristopher) was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the rental process quick and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I really appreciate the gated access and how organized everything is — it gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The property is easy to access, and the units are in great condition. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, this is one of the smoothest storage experiences I’ve had. Regardless of new ownership the Management sucks and I've had one of my units flood out causing alot of my things to get molded and water rotted. With only 3 months of compensation and no discussion of my money amount worth or their Insurance
