This is the first time that I rented a storege space and theperson at the desk was very helpful and it made the experience easy.
Dealing with the manager, (Ayesha, I think). Made our experience effortless. This movement of goods to a storage facility, was under stressful, heartbreaking circumstances.She guided me and gave advice where I needed, even made calls to corporate offices to insure and double check my rights, rights. Service one should be getting at the highest levels but here, in concord, is where i found that service. At a time when i truly needed help from a higher power, this lovely, well versed and educated person named Ayesha appeared. Thank you for having Ayesha in your employ. Please review her salary because she deserves more.
