They noticed I was charged for next month even though I had vacated on Sunday. And called me to let me know it would be reversed before I called them. Ethan CorleyI have had a unit here for a little over a year now. At first I was pleased with the space, the staff was very helpful and no issues. Fast forward to two months ago. I had a rat infestation in my unit, they decided my couch and some other household items were a perfect place to nest. I have had to throw away thousands of dollars of stuff, I've asked to get help and no one has reached out. I would be cautious about renting one of the outdoor units. On top of that out of the blue the price has continued to increase. Ive gone up $200+ per month in a year. Ruin customers items and charge them more....
