I had such a positive experience with this storage facility! From the moment I called, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Finding a safe and convenient spot for my RV was a priority, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer Service: The team was patient, answered all my questions, and made the process stress-free. RV Storage: They helped me secure a spacious, well-maintained spot that makes maneuvering my RV easy. I feel confident knowing it’s in a secure location with great access. Facility: Clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a reliable place to store your RV, I highly recommend this storage facility. They truly make you feel like a valued customer

We became a customer of Secure RV & Storage in July of 2016. We stayed a loyal customer until December of 2022. When we initially became a customer of Secure RV & Storage, the facility was always clean, safe, and had great amenities. Some of the amenities included a wash station, dump station, ice machine, and electrical outlets. Our monthly fee to store a 30' travel trailer started at $125. Over the past 6 years, we've had many fee increases. We understand that inflation causes costs to go up but to the tune of $285 monthly (a 130% increase over those 6 years). The amenities have declined over those 6 years. You would assume those increases would be used to cover the cost of maintaining those amenities. The ice machine works intermittently throughout the year, and the electricity doesn't work. One of the electrical boxes near the wash station is locked. When I asked management to unlock it, they said they can’t unlock it. U-Haul trailers & trucks were added to their business model to increase revenues, but it has impacted those who store RV's, boats, or large travel trailers. Unfortunately, the addition of those U-Haul trailers & trucks has taken up much of the footprint of the wash station and entrance to the facility. The wash station can't be used because as soon as you park in the area, your asked to move (a 30' Travel Trailer) out of the area because they need to hook up a U-Haul Trailer. Another revenue addition to the site was adding metal storage containers in the RV storage parking area. This addition added another level of frustration. Trying to pull out your trailer or RV became difficult because individuals park their vehicles right in front of those containers. Asking them to move when they are trying to load/unload their vehicle created many challenges. Overall, Secure RV & Storage was a great place to store your investment, but over the last few years, it has gone a different direction. We decided to move to a different storage facility that is clean, lower in price, and meets our storage needs. I wish the management at Secure RV & Storage the best and hope they will take this review to heart and make the necessary changes to improve their service for their current customers.

I made a 1pm reservation for a U haul cargo trailer today and drove 60 minutes for nothing. Got there literally 5 minutes past my reservation and staff conveniently decided to take there lunch right before I arrived.. I can’t wait 1 hour for someone’s lunch so I left and went home…. spoke to staff and the manager later in the day… instead of a sincere apology for the inconvenience I was blamed for not calling that I was going to be 5 minutes late. I was given a bunch of lame excuses from the staff. Staff said they are obligated to cancel reservations over 10 minutes, but I only got there 5 minutes late?? the manager said that if I had arrived on time that he was willing to have his employee work past his fifth hour. no where on their website does it say that are not operable during their lunch. I’m not using their services in the future..
