From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasn't ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints. Thanks Corrine - you're awesome!

I've had my storage unit at the location in Artesia and Britt always helps me is very friendly and down to earth it's always a pleasure to come and see her here when I come to pay my monthly rent for my space. I give her 5 stars on her service she's great

Britt I visit the storage space at public storage and Britt she was a very nice she really helped all my needs she is a good customer services person and I think she will make everyone happy and smile very nice young lady
