First and foremost having to pack and store your belongings is already a stressful process. However, finding the perfect place to store your precious belongings is even more hectic. Therefore I'd like to take the time to recognize Braulio for his exceptional service and professionalism. This young man, is very helpful and made me feel as ease while at high levels of stress. He made sure that I selected not one appropriate storage but two, while being so understanding of my needs. He toured me around like a rock star and showed everything he had available ensuring my needs were met. We closed the deal, however with this said he has maintained that same kind heartedness that he had at our our initial approach throughout my initiation of my storage rental. Kudos to him and Jacky whom also has what we call exceptional service in the retail space. Jacky is also very professional and very kind hearted, which to me means alot being an expert at servicing customers myself. Game recognizes game. Kudos to you both. Braulio, the assistant manager was very helpful. He helped my husband and I through the process of renting a storage space and was very honest and understanding throughout the process! Would 100% recommend anyone looking to rent a storage space to come and see him with any questions or concerns regarding the storage space sizes. I’ve been using this storage since I moved to Alhambra. For few years , on and off I used their location because of the convenience and the courteous of the staffs. Jackie is always making sure that they are taking care your storage needs. Other staffs to name a few like Milton and other guy that I forgot his name also being friendly and informative.
