This business is located in a nice neighbor hood with easy access to HWY 521
Just move in about a week ago and it seems to be very secured.
It's reasonable in price. I don't like that there is no physical office to go to about questions. The lady I talked that me set up over the phone was talking over me and through the conversation she was rude. Usually when you go into a office customer service is a little better than that.
The people that I was talking to on the phone was very nice did everything possible to make sure that I got in a lot and all went well very polite people nice and courteous courteous
The concerns. Very small area for entrance. Check-in on the phone, while waiting at the gate. I had to wait about 15 minutes for a big U-Haul to check in, before I could enter and unload my items. No parking lot. The unit's roll up door needs lubricating, which I will do, myself. Otherwise, no other concerns.
