And saved us a lot of money on storage.
There are 3 different places I have to enter a code or unlock with the app to access my unit. The code is way way too long to commit to memory, and the app is slow and often opens the wrong door. This is a bizarre level of security that I did not ask for. One code at the front would be plenty. But another at each door and to use the elevator? You can't carry a piece of furniture into the first door and then push the elevator without setting it down. And when one side has both carts being used, and the other side as two unused carts, you can't get to them because your unit is on the first side and so is everyone else's. It's just silly and a big waste of time.
