I've been renting storage units for the last 14 years and have had my ups & downs with places. Beth from the property immediately make me feel welcomed and at home. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, very friendly & seemed to enjoy what she does. Sometimes it is so hard to find good customer service, but with Beth, it seems to be her personality.

DO NOT STORE HERE! I had a great experience for the first two months. Then, after paying on time each month they jacked my rate out of the blue up 25%. With a move like that I can expect this to continue likely multiple times a year. You should not be supporting sick antisocial behavior like this bait and switch move. Incredibly pathetic. No notice, no reason, just a price increase because they felt like it. Extortion in a business suit. It’s business’s and people’s behavior like this that makes this world the way it is. It’s your choice to support that or not.
