1st time using a rental unit and the staff was very helpful going over all we needed to know. There is a lot of security and cameras, so it feels very safe.
Dave met me at the door. He was friendly and helpful, and explained the whole process for the move. The place is big, cool, and clean. Dave made sure that I understood where to go and what to do and he even took me to my unit. My movers were able to drive right into the building, right to the elevators, where the carts were right at the elevators. This was alot easier than I had anticipated. Thanks Dave!
