I was able to make a unit reservation, complete the sign up process and make my payment to finalize my unit rental in less than 20 minutes all from my phone! To top that off I was able to start moving into the space the same day and then during my visit the next day to bring more items to my unit I met Michael who works at the location and he welcomed me and provided me with the location manager's name (Mike -- yes, it is Michael AND Mike who run the Camelback Rd and El Mirage Rd location). He was extremely helpful, friendly and it was clear that he actually enjoys his job there! I am very pleased with my experience so far and I have actually started looking into getting another unit at this location and leaving my other storage facility. From the cleanliness, ease of securing the space I need at a great price to the friendly and attentive staff I can't recommend this location more!
