I had a good experience. The young lady that manages the place made sure that my move went smoothly and that I had everything I needed. The place was really clean and was big enough to store all of my belongings. I am very pleased.

I was served well by Kelsey at the 750 N. Cooper facility. This is a new experience for me, and she was super friendly and very capable in helping me with my needs and which unit was best for me. I have already been loading up my unit(s) and appreciate the security and hours. Kudos to Public Storage, and a special thumbs up for Miss Kelsey!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Price of 10x25: $177.18 Nov- mar 2024 Increased to $238 mar- sept 2024 Increased again $317 sept-may 2025 Given notice of another increase, relocated to unit across the hall in june 2025, that brought the rate down to $255 from jun-oct 2025 Increased again to $345 oct-feb 2026 Was given notice that rate would increase again to $475 in april 2026- I packed up and moved out and found a unit with another self storage company for $176/mo. Facility is cleaner and the people are friendler

I said I would love one, and we chatted for about 2 or 3 minutes and I can honestly say he was probably the nicest employee I have talked to at public storage and I have been a member for almost 2 years.
