This place has the best customer service I’ve ever since experienced. In person and over the phone. Very informative, great deals during the holidays especially veterans/Presidents’ Day. Love Christiana over at this location she is very sweet and very accommodating. She was able to help out with my problem and give me a solution. Shoutout to CHRISTIANA. She’s a the goat everyone needs to come across. If I cane give 10 stars I would and it’s all because of Christiana. Joshua LikavecWe have been renting a unit inside here now for almost a year, Everytime we come and go the place is always very CLEAN and staff is very friendly! Security is great with coded access or APP based access for your phone as well if you prefer. There are some flat carts for guest use at the interior units and I never have an issue getting one when I need it. The folks running this place do a great job and rates are fair. We appreciate the hospitality and trust our goods being stored here.
Alaina BraddyJuly 13 - I reserved a storage online then in to complete the reservation and use the storage. Taylor helped me choose a unit that AA conveniently located inside. Taylor was friendly, fast and kind. She was going to take us to the storage but I explained that was not necessary. The facility had moving supplies from Boxes to tape and packaging paper.
