I have been a customer for several years and this facility is amazing. Very clean and well kept but the customer service is top notch. Scott is one of a kind. Very personable, knowledgeable, kind and a great asset to this facility. I am always greeted with a smile and hello and he genuinely takes the time to get to know all of his customers. Please don’t ever put him at another facility again except for the Verrado one. He was so missed when he was helping at another place for 2 months. Highly recommend and ask for Scott

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with StorQuest. Yes, the facility is modern and well maintained, but my experience has been truly amazing, largely because of Scott, the front desk manager. Whenever I see him, he demonstrates outstanding customer service. He always greets customers with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, Scott is professional and proactive in addressing business matters, including building amenities, safety, and general concerns. He looks out for the best interests of both the customers and the facility. For example, when my card on file had expired and I forgot to update it, he reached out promptly with a thoughtful reminder call—showing how much he cares about both the customer and the business. Although I could move to a nearby storage facility with slightly lower rates, the exceptional customer care I receive here makes all the difference. Scott was incredibly personable and helpful. He took us on a tour of several units, each clean enough to practically move in. The prices are very reasonable, Scott was friendly and fun to work with. I didn’t think it was possible to fall in love with a storage unit, but I can see myself doing so.

I love this location & its employees! Scott was very attentive and pleasant. As soon as I booked my unit online, he called to welcome me and answer any questions I had. He ended up giving me the correct Location specific information not what I received online. I recommend you go directly to the location to book. When we arrived, Scott was super welcoming and personable. He gave me a tour of the location and allowed me to see the unit before signing the paperwork. The whole process was seamless and enjoyable! Thank you, Scott for being such a beautiful light and pleasant addition to our storage experience!

Very polite. Always greeted with a smile! Scott was so helpful and courteous. Anytime we went to our unit, he was smiling and always talked to us and made us feel welcome. Enjoyed seeing him each time. So glad he's back. Because of Scott I would highly recommend this storage place.
