Mr. Hall is amazing. He went above and beyond for us so that we were able to move our daughter’s stuff into storage when we were in town for a weekend. There are not many employees like him. Thank you!
Down sized from a 4br to a 2br and did not know where to put our belongings. My wife was persistent on having an inside storage unit. Most of our furniture was fairly new so my wife wanted us to get a climate control building. We found this place online and compared the pricing to local competitors and once visiting we knew our stuff would be secure. The owner is very sweet and took his time to explain everything. Then a few months later we found out I was being stationed in NY and half of our stuff couldn't come and after looking for storages up north we decided to leave half of our belongings in Alabama until we found a home. Still satisfied no gimmicks or hassle.
Up front pricing tour of property and unit goes over all steps and rules polite and answers all questions. Will recommend to everyone.
