Great Manager and good clean storage & good rate
Meghan was great...she made it all work so 5Stars to her. One of the issues I had with another place was their requirement that I make an Appointment. But Meghan at the Grelot Road Public Storage jumped to it and met me when I could be available. And overall, the process was fine...great storage places and at decent price so nothing to complain about at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the entire experience was with Public Storage. The online process was smooth and straightforward. Everything ready for me when I arrived, though I was a tad confused about gaining access to the unit itself. When I did need help, the staff were fantastic: friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful in a way that made the whole process feel effortless. The units themselves were clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the pricing was very fair. It’s reassuring to know my belongings are stored safely and sensibly. Public Storage truly made the experience simple and stress-free.
