Paid for storage unit closer to Montgomery moving back to Birmingham. Reserved unit follow-up call from Demetrius, store manager with the location and time of closing. Upon arrival Demetrius realized unit too snall. Completed all the paperwork worked with me on the new amount for the bigger storage unit. He showed us how and where to park my trucks so we had easier access to my storage unit and what all I needed to do to get moved into the unit in record time he even stayed late with a smile. Very secure, clean and safe facility.

Climate control issue, pictures speak volumes. This much moisture greatly diminishes the "climate control" value. These leaks are not new. The presence of corrosion is a telltale sign of the duration of the leaks. This much water on the floor is definitely a slip hazard; water is a huge liability.

Staff was friendly and helpful to show me exactly where the unit was. Caution, though, I did find the lot can be tight to navigate if you're in a full size pickup truck, like myself. No complaints.

I think the best thing is being able to drive in the building and being so close to my unit much better than most climate control facilities. I 10/10 recommend them oh and it’s literally right off the interstate so easy to get to!

Certainly happy I chose DEVON the facility is emaculate drive in climate controlled.The staff is readily available and friendly Zandrea is Super awesome in which all my interactions since inception of my rental was with her,but I am positive all staff is similar will be doing business with this facility continually for my off seasons yearly.
