It is great for self- move-in. However, I had problems navigating the app. There was little information in the email about what to expect too. There was no one there to assist, and also no trolley.
It's true that this was my 1st time renting storage space and I have to say that Public Storage made it an awesome experience. I'm truly grateful. The Process was so convenient and safe during this time of the pandemic. We will definitely use them again.
