I would highly recommend considering this storage company if you are looking for a place and are overwhelmed with all the options to choose from throughout Huntsville and Madison AL. For starters the gentleman who runs the office at this location - Curtis - is kind and patient. He's easy to talk to and eager to help with anything you're struggling with. The building is very well maintained and the prices are affordable. I just moved in from out of state where the price for the same unit size I have currently would've been twice as much for a slightly rundown complex.
MI had a great experience working with Curtis. He is very polite, respectful, and helpful. He made my storage experience very easy and smooth. He also tried his best to solve an issue that I had with some other staff, at the storage. I am very glad that I associated with him. Thank you Curtis.

Once I drove from out of town to use the storage for my daughter college belongings, we were greeted personally by Curtis. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very nice and professional. He gave us a tour and explained everything.

Tiffany LewisWe chose Cube Smart on West Park Loop due to the proximity to our office. It was suited our needs quite well. Curtis, the GM, was very helpful and friendly and always willing to help if needed. There is a very convenient covered loading area that we use often when it rains. The process to acquire the storage unit was seamless. The only inconvenience has been that there isn't a dumpster on site for customer use. We've learned to make due though! Service trumps inconvenience 9 times out of 10!
