I rented a unit through the website which explained thoroughly everything you needed to know about the facility to include security, gate access, etc. The process was easy to navigate. Once I was at Midgard Harvest, I was highly impressed with the automated access for both the gate and the unit. The inside hallways were so clean, well lit and very spacious to allow movement of belongings. I called with a few questions prior to accessing the facility and the representatives were so helpful, very nice and polite. The unit was priced just right. I highly recommend Midgard Harvest.

Beth was informative and Uber pleasant to talk with. She took her time explaining the contract and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. She helped me with facility access codes and my storage access codes. She really went the extra mile for me and gave great Customer Service. Beth was a treasure to work with!

Maybe I just had real bad luck, but I bought this unit with the full intention of being able to access it, since it was advertised to be open 24 hours. Once we got there, I had no access to the gate and was telling me that I needed to come back when the main office was open to get it resolved. Came back the next day to be told that we needed to pay an additional fee to get 24 hour access, but nowhere on the website is that stated clearly. Even after I paid the additional fee, I still did not have access to the gate and had to be let in manually. All that trouble caused me to be late to work. On top of all of that, some of the equipment was not put back properly, so as I started to walk into my unit to check it out, I tripped on the platform cart that was right by the door. The side with the handles was placed by the wall rather than by the door, so I did not see it before I hit my ankle and was falling to the ground.
