Great staff. Stacey was extremely helpful and accommodated a requested unit change prior to moving our stuff in. The rental process was very easy. No fault of hers, the climate controlled unit we rented was very dusty. It appears the place was built and immediately put in service without it being properly cleaned. I swept it out as much as I could. Because of Stacey I will still give the place five stars.

Amber PetcherDo not rent here ! The owner is rude and has no idea how to run a proper business. One of my family member has a unit here. He called him the day before and asked for a key to be left by the unit so he could access it. The owner said he would take care of it. When we arrived at the unit there was no key. When the owner was called he said he forgot and would send someone to be at the unit in 10 minutes. We waited 40 mins. When I tried to reason with him he said that that his employee went to the wrong place. He was very unprofessional and yelling at me for no reason. When the employee got here she claimed she was just around the corner. I simply just told her we had been waiting and it was supposed to be only 10 mins. Then she started yelling at me for no reason. The employee threw the new lock at me and walked away saying I don’t have to deal with you. So let this be a warning to not rent here! If you currently are… move out.

Tasha GalantyI paid my bill and it has been two days and there is a lock on it. I called them and they said “it’s not my problem and I’m not obligated to take the lock off.” Worst customer service. Rude people I would NEVER use them for anything
