My unit has been burglarized. Discovered Friday, 13 JAN. I've called the listed phone # and spoken with the "outside management". I'm told that I may not speak with the owner or property management directly. The security gate controlling access to the site has seemingly been inoperable for months now. Update: The owner has contacted me directly. Very graciously offered to discount the rental fee and assured me that the security gate will soon be fixed.
Brittany ChaffinI don’t even want to give them a 1 star. The unit we have doesn’t seal off all the way and when we went to move our stuff to a bigger one we noticed all of our furniture has black mold on it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
