This facitility is near my home. After calling the phone number listed on line, the lady was great in telling me how to register and reserve a 5 x 10 unit. I paid via cc and received a code and a temp code. After looking at that unit, I decided I needed the larger 10 x 10. I recalled the number and again received excellent assistance in getting the larger unit.
